• Customs:
  • Customs/Tariff fees are not included in the shipping price. You, the customer, is responsible for any costs that may occur at customs when the product enters your country. Once the order enters your country the shipping carrier will request collection. Please contact your local customs office for more information about custom, tariff, and duty fees.
  • If you have not received your package within the specified transit time, please contact your customs office immediately. Let them know you are expecting a package from Lucky Lads and provide them with your tracking number. The customs office may hold packages and will only release them when they are contacted by the person whom the package is addressed to.
